Help your advisor firms build the capacity their growth requires.
Your advisor firms are growing. But inside the business, too much work may still depend on the owner, client service varies by person, and technology isn’t creating the capacity they expected.
Capacity Reset helps growing independent wealth management firms strengthen the operating structure behind their business: across people, processes, technology, and accountability.

What partners are seeing
You see the growth. You also hear where it’s getting heavy.
These concerns can point to a deeper issue: the firm’s operating structure has not kept pace with its growth.
Adding another employee or another tool may help. But without clear responsibilities, reliable processes, and team adoption, the same bottlenecks can continue.
Capacity Reset helps firms address those gaps with focused operational support.
“We hired someone, but I’m still doing everything.”
“Our CRM has workflows. The team just doesn’t use them.”
“Every client onboarding feels different.”
“I need to spend more time with clients, but the business keeps pulling me back in.”
Why offer this?
Give your firms a clear next step when advice alone isn’t enough.
Your practice management team may already help firms identify challenges and set priorities. Capacity Reset adds hands-on support to help suitable firms put operational changes into practice.
A defined resource for operational pressure
Give your team a clear place to direct firms struggling with owner dependence, inconsistent workflows, and strained capacity.
Implementation behind the recommendations
Help firms move from knowing what needs to change to building and using an agreed operating structure.
A stronger foundation for team growth
Help participating firms clarify responsibilities, improve handoffs, and equip employees to carry more of the work.
A consistent approach across different firms
Offer access to an established framework, while allowing implementation to reflect each firm’s team, technology, and service model.
The Atlas Park Operating Systems
One framework. Built around how each firm works.
The Atlas Park Operating Systems framework connects the four areas that shape how work gets done.
People
Who owns the work, who makes decisions, and where responsibilities overlap or fall through.
Processes
How agreed client service and onboarding activities move from start to finish.
Technology
How the CRM and supporting tools reinforce the firm’s workflows and responsibilities.
Accountability
How the team learns, follows, reviews, and maintains the operating structure.
The CRM is where the system lives. It is not the system itself.
Capacity Reset applies this framework to a defined set of operational priorities. The method and delivery stay consistent; the agreed implementation reflects the firm.
What changes for the firm
Less reliance on memory. Clearer ownership. More consistent execution.
The goal is to help the team carry more of the work with less routine dependence on the owner.
Progress depends on the firm’s starting point, leadership participation, and adoption.
Capacity Reset works toward an operating structure where:
- Team members understand the work they own.
- Agreed workflows give the team repeatable steps to follow.
- Client handoffs have clearer responsibilities.
- The CRM supports how the firm expects work to happen.
- Leadership has better visibility into execution and unresolved gaps.
- An internal owner knows how to maintain the structure after the engagement.
How it works
A defined path from diagnosis to team adoption.
These stages guide the engagement. Timing and milestones reflect the agreed scope and the firm’s readiness.
Diagnose and prioritize
Review the current operating structure, team responsibilities, selected client journeys, and technology use. Confirm the capacity constraints and implementation priorities.
Design and implement
Clarify ownership, develop the agreed workflows, and configure the supporting CRM components.
Train and reinforce
Train the team, address adoption gaps, and establish responsibility for ongoing use and maintenance.
Which firms should partners introduce?
Start with firms whose operations are struggling to keep up.
Designed for growing independent firms building teams and experiencing challenges such as:
- The owner remains involved in routine service and administrative work.
- A recent hire has exposed gaps in roles, training, or processes.
- Client onboarding relies on individual knowledge.
- Workflows exist, but the team does not follow them consistently.
Readiness matters as much as need
Participating firms need:
- A leadership sponsor
- An internal point person
- Time for team participation
- Willingness to reinforce new ways of working
Firms seeking broader operational leadership or ongoing management may be better suited to our Fractional COO support.
Case study
See how Atlas Park helped an advisory firm strengthen its operations.
Hear from two advisory firm partners as they walk through their engagement with Atlas Park: the operational challenges they faced, the work implemented, and their experience putting it into practice.
This case study features a Capacity Reset and Fractional COO engagement. Capacity Reset applies the Atlas Park Operating Systems framework within a focused three-month scope.
What we fixed and improved for this team
- Extracted what was in the partners’ heads and turned that knowledge into actionable systems and strategies to execute on.
- Implemented those strategies and processes in Redtail CRM, trained the team, and systematized the service model so the partners no longer had to explain things.
“Their ability to execute and time savings have been incredible.” It works, they can see it, and it’s given the team more confidence.

How we supported this SF-based independent RIA
- This partner knew she had things to address to scale her business.
- She wasn’t getting to back-end systems, creating repeatable processes, or improving her client experience.
The best part: she’s excited about her business, and it now has the space to grow. Her confidence has grown, and she looks forward to where the firm goes next.

FAQs
Questions partners ask.
Capacity Reset is a three-month operational consulting and implementation engagement from Atlas Park Consulting. It helps growing independent advisory firms address selected capacity bottlenecks through clearer responsibilities, repeatable workflows, CRM implementation (Redtail, Wealthbox, Advyzon, or Salesforce), team training, and adoption reinforcement.
It is the framework Atlas Park uses to connect people, processes, technology, and accountability. Capacity Reset applies that framework to a focused set of operational priorities within an agreed scope. It was developed from 20+ years of experience in direct RIA operations and work with 100+ firms over the last 8+ years.
We welcome conversations with broker-dealers, RIA platforms, advisor networks, and practice management teams supporting growing independent wealth management firms. We assess the proposed relationship based on firm needs, program fit, and delivery availability.
Each engagement follows a consistent framework, the Atlas Park Operating Systems framework. The agreed implementation reflects the firm’s team structure, client service model, technology, and operational priorities.
Capacity Reset is a consulting and implementation engagement, with templates, training guides and videos, adoption frameworks, and ownership guidelines. Atlas Park works with firm leadership and the team to build and activate the agreed operating structure using the firm’s CRM technology.
CRM implementation, workflow configuration, and team training are included within the agreed scope. We establish the responsibilities and processes the technology needs to support, then build accordingly.
Leadership and team participation are required for discovery, decisions, review, training, and adoption. The expected time commitment and meeting cadence are confirmed before kickoff based on the agreed scope.
We can explore a sponsored arrangement. Funding, contracting, eligibility, communications, and any permitted reporting must be agreed before participation is offered.
Any partner reporting is agreed in advance with the participating firm. We define what information may be shared, with whom, and at what cadence.
We agree on relevant measures based on the firm’s priorities and available baseline information. These may include workflow adoption, overdue work, handoff completion, a decrease in NIGOs (Not In Good Order), and routine work that still requires owner involvement.
Capacity Reset addresses defined operational priorities over three months. Fractional COO support provides broader operational leadership, accountability, and ongoing execution support, typically for 6–12+ months.
Investment depends on firm size and agreed scope. Partner sponsorship and contracting arrangements are discussed separately. Atlas Park confirms investment before an engagement begins.
Schedule a partnership conversation. We will discuss the firms you support, the operational challenges you are seeing, and whether Capacity Reset is an appropriate resource.
